Happy 100th Post!

This is officially my 100th post here on Melismatic. I want to thank every single one of you who visit this blog, leave me comments, and are encouraging. I never thought I'd be able to keep up this blog thing, and I'm realizing how just how much work it is, but also just how rewarding it could be.

I'm very proud of how this blog has been taking off over the past few weeks and I hope it continues to, but more so, I'm proud of the friendships I've established through this blog. You know who you are, and please know that I really value "meeting" all of you.

I will continue to post music news that deems commentworthy, artists you should know about, chart news, goofy flashbacks into my past, and just funny things that I feel you might appreciate. However, with the upcoming approach of my internship, which begins this Tuesday, appropriately on the day of Barack Obama's inauguration into the highest office in my home country, please note that I will not be able to post as much as I have in the past few weeks. I will however be checking the blogs on my blogroll as much as I can, and the same goes for commenting. I hope to get a cuter, more professional looking layout very soon as well...we shall see.

I'm so excited for the future and can't wait for it to get here! But I'm also glad you're here to ride the wave of uncertainty with me.

To celebrate, I've finally added an addition to the "FLASHBACK" series, with my experience at the "Best of Both Worlds" tour back last year. I've also decided to include a possibly self-indulgent "About Me" section to my navigation. Read it if you wish. More so, I hope you continue to visit Melismatic. Thank you!
